If you are encountering an issue when trying to link to your Club on the ClubV1 Members Hub then please contact your Club directly and ask them to check the following in their ClubV1 system. It would indicate one of these points are causing the issue:
- Please ensure the member is using the exact same email address that the Club have for them on their record within ClubV1, as this is how the ClubV1 Members Hub will link the member’s account to their record at the Club.
- Does this member’s email address exist on any other records in your ClubV1 e.g. family members? Please note, even if the same email address is used in the Alternative Email Address or Parental Email Address fields then this can cause linking issues and should be removed.
- Does this member have a deleted record or are they in a hidden category after they previously left and then re-joined? If so, it is possible the email address still existing on the deleted record. Please note you will need to be logged in as a System Admin to view the Deleted People section.
- If you go to their record in your ClubV1 and edit, in the Person Wizard if you go to Contact can you check is ‘Withheld from ClubV1 Members Hub’ set to Yes?
